The Ezra stool/side table is part of a wider product family derived from the Ezra Chair. It is folded from a single sheet of steel and makes a feature of a subtle overlap detail at its corners which explains how its form was achieved. The corner relief; where material is removed to allow the metal to fold in multiple directions, is also exaggerated to become a feature of the design.
